STATUTORY FUNCTIONS:

• Formulation and Implementation of Government Policies on Housing Projects (Public Building and Housing Delivery)
• Facilitating and Assisting Government Agencies in the Implementation of Government Programs relating to Housing and Building matters.
• Rendering Consultancy Services to other Agencies on Housing related matters
• Collection of Revenue arising from the performance of these statutory functions and responsibilities in accordance with approved rates.
• Designing construction and maintenance of Public Buildings and structures state wide.
