FUNCTIONS
To increase the number of monthly monitoring and supportive supervision to LGAs and Health Facilities
* Improve monthly Data validation exercise across the LGAs for Data quality
* Implementation of Research that will improve health services
* Conduct PHC Annual operational plan
* To coordinate Health information system Dashboard and design suitable programs for primary Health care
* To scale up EMR to both public and private health facilities
