The Primary Health Care Development Board (PHC) is one of the Agencies under the supervision of the Ministry; the Board presently has no Board members. The Executive Secretary to the Board is Dr. Elijah Ayowole Ogunsola.

2. OGUN STATE AGENCY FOR THE CONTROL OF AIDS (OGSACA)
The Ogun State Agency for the Control of AIDS (OGSACA) is one of the Agencies under the supervision of the Ministry. The substantive Director of the Agency is Dr. Kehinde Fatugase.

3. OGUN STATE HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY (OGSHIA)
The Ogun State Health Insurance Agency was created on 27th of May, 2019 after the successful passage of the Health Insurance Bill by the Ogun State House of Assembly which the state Governor signed into Law No: 039/2018. The Agency was created after the assent of the Health Insurance Bill into Law by the immediate past Governor of the state His Excellency Senator Ibikunle Amosun in December, 2018. The Agency is headed by Executive Secretary, Dr. Afolabi Oladimeji Dosunmu.
The functions of the Agency are stated below:
4. THE OGUN STATE ALTERNATE MEDICINE BOARD
The Board handles all matters relating to Alternate Medicine Practitioners, supervision, monitoring and quality control of traditional medicine as well regulation of practice of alternative medicine.
5. OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL
Situated at Sagamu, Ogun State, South West Nigeria, Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital was built and established by Ogun State Government on 1st of January, 1986 with the primary aim of teaching medical students from Olabisi Onabanjo University and providing healthcare services to the indigenes of Ogun State and Nigeria as a whole. Formerly known as Ogun State University Teaching Hospital, It was established to provide clinical facilities for the training of medical students in conjunction with the Obafemi Awolowo College of Health Sciences (OACHS), Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), and for the provision of tertiary health care services for the indigene of Ogun. It serves as the last port of call for expert management of the most diseased conditions, offering a wide range of medical services. Besides offering medical services, the hospital also provides clinical education and training to students, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
