Roles-
- Assign to each department specific functions relating to the area of specialization of such Department.
- Overseeing the implementation of WASH projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Developing long term strategies and plans to improve access to clean water, sanitation facilities, and hygiene practices in target communities.
- Securing funding from donors, governments, and other stakeholders to support WASH initiatives and programs.
- Advocating for policies and practices that promote equitable access to WASH services and ensure the rights of marginalized communities are upheld.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as natural disasters, political instability or conflicts that could impact WASH programs.
