DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPLIES
The department is statutorily responsible for the provision of Administrative, Personnel and General /services of the Ministry. The duties of the Department therefore, include:
- Establishment Matters: Promotion, Appointment, Discipline, Inter-Cadre Transfer, Postings, Change of Names, Processing of Casual, Annual and Maternity Leave, Processing of Retirement and Death Benefit
- Procurement and Maintenance of equipment, Furniture and General Supplies
- National Youth Service Corps Matters
- Transport/Vehicle Matters
- Security Matters
- Secretarial Services
- General Services
- Provision of information as may be required by other Agencies and Partners.
- Burial arrangements/Expenses
