VISION
To see to the overall implementation of Government Policies in accordance with the 1999 Constitution and other financial regulations towards ensuring Accountability, Transparency and Prudence in the activities of the Local Government and other Parastatals/Agency of Government where Local Government fund are administered.

MISSION
To act as catalyst with the aim of ensuring and enforcing fiscal and budgetary discipline as well as facilitating compliance with the execution of planned projects as provided for in the annual budget of all the twenty (20) Local Governments.
