Brief on the Ministry

The Ministry of Budget and Planning came into existence in 2011 as a result of the transformation of the former Bureau of Management and Budget into a full-fledged Ministry.  

The Ministry operates through six (6) Departments, viz;

1. Budget;
2. Planning;
3. Monitoring and Evaluation;
4. Development Partner Co-ordination;
5. Administration and Supplies;
6. Finance and Accounts
